About Fund Channel
Fund Channel is a regulated B2B fund distribution platform created in 2005 and jointly owned by Amundi and Caceis. Based in Luxembourg, it provides services that facilitate fund distribution, strengthen transparency and improve processes across Europe and Asia.
Missions
Operational Monitoring of Flows
- Monitor flows.
- Manually integrate positions and corrections.
- Identify anomalies and contribute to their resolution, including processing Mona alerts.
- Perform necessary checks and alert in case of discrepancies.
- Control daily FoF provisions.
Payment Processing
- Contribute to payment processing within the Middle Office scope.
- Create ad hoc invoices.
- Participate in associated validations, checks and follow-ups.
- Work on Fees Out and Global Distribution operations according to defined procedures.
- Participate in implementing and securing the payment process.
Reporting and Document Production
- Prepare and/or review operational reports.
- Produce manual or customized reports for distributors and asset managers.
- Participate in preparing monitoring materials for internal teams, such as customer committee support.
Administration and Access Management / Tools
- Participate in Diver access management.
- Contribute to the configuration and monitoring of subscriptions.
Alert Handling and Controls
- Analyze and process Mona alerts within the Middle Office scope.
- Verify discrepancies, positions, movements and associated justifications.
- Contribute to alert reviews and the definition of more robust processing rules.
Continuous Improvement
- Propose actions to simplify, automate or streamline processes.
- Participate in AI and process improvement projects.
- Contribute to modernizing operating methods.
- Contribute to centralizing and standardizing tasks.
Profile
- Higher education degree in business, economics, data or finance, with a Master 1 or 2 in progress.
- First experience in the Middle Office of a financial company is an asset.
- Good listening, interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, critical, rigorous and reliable.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Autonomous in Python coding.
- Very good command of AI using GPT5 and/or Claude.
Starting date: 04/01/2027. Duration: 6 to 12 months.
