  • Co-design with OpCo innovation teams and define and monitor adoption, performance and business-impact KPIs.
  • Manage a team of analysts supporting product development and maintenance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Technical Product Owner in large-scale digital or business transformation within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience redesigning and digitizing end-to-end business processes into workflow products, from process design through implementation, rollout, run and adoption across markets.
  • Experience with stage-gate innovation, new product development or portfolio management processes.
  • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, with a background as a Software Engineer, Technical Architect or Systems Lead.
  • Experience with enterprise workflow and low-code platforms, preferably FlamePPM, Projectum xPM by Context& or Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience bringing AI into business workflows, including conversational assistants, retrieval-augmented generation or agentic features.
  • Understanding of modern IT systems, modular architecture, modern data stacks, workflow platforms, integration and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum and lifecycle management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong product ownership, prioritization, process simplification, stakeholder orchestration, negotiation and change-adoption skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills and strong commercial and innovation acumen.

Additional qualifications
