  • Lead supplier performance reviews, governance forums, site visits and operational meetings.
  • Complete stock audits, operational reviews and control activities, providing reporting and insight for business decisions.
  • Monitor supplier performance, repair expenditure and operational risks, identifying opportunities to reduce avoidable repair and damage costs.
  • Maintain auditable records of supplier challenges, repair decisions, approvals, avoided costs and corrective actions.
  • Review, authorise, challenge or reject supplier repair estimates and refurbishment activity.
  • Assess vehicle damage against MBFS and manufacturer repair standards and determine the appropriate repair, refurbishment or disposal strategy.
  • Lead technical vehicle review sessions, including Touch Metal reviews.
  • Determine whether vehicles are economically repairable based on repair costs, vehicle value, forecast disposal returns and refurbishment investment.
  • Ensure vehicle grading is applied consistently in line with MBFS, manufacturer and industry standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and constructive challenge to improve repair quality, cost control, operational efficiency, customer outcomes and vehicle disposal returns.

  • Experience managing supplier relationships, KPIs, SLAs and performance reviews, including field-based site visits.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
