How you’ll play your part
In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative support of the Redress Operations team throughout the lifecycle of a redress programme. The role provides daily project and operational support to programme deliverables, ensuring compliance, governance and attention to detail across all outputs and controls.
Main accountabilities
Administrative support
- Deliver high-quality support to the Operations Team in the redress programme.
- Take accurate minutes and actions from supplier meetings and follow up on risks and actions.
- Create templates for approval and distribute them to internal stakeholders for electronic sign-off.
- Collate customer data to enable bulk mail sends.
- Map new or edited processes and distribute them for sign-off.
- Conduct testing on MBFS and supplier systems to support deployment and update processes as required.
- Create and process purchase orders for approval and smooth payment of supplier invoices.
- Ensure documentation relating to quality assurance, projects, processes and remediation is versioned and stored appropriately.
- Carry out project management office activities, including maintaining the RAID log and review cycle.
- Minute case clinics and follow up on all actions.
Operational support and governance
- Contribute to achievement of programme service levels and operational KPIs.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and customer service.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and recurring issues.
- Contribute to programme reporting, management information and operational insights.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent supplier experience across all programme interactions.
- Manage supplier operational queries through the system queue, including name changes and case clinic escalations.
Team responsibilities
- Support effective communication between internal teams and external suppliers, following up on actions and sign-off.
- Contribute to team objectives and programme delivery milestones.
- Participate in training, supplier accreditation, knowledge sharing and process improvement activities.

- Familiarity with CRM or workflow management systems.
- Data analysis and reporting experience.

- Problem-solving and analytical capability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of process mapping and version control.
