Team Manager

Primark is looking for a Team Manager to join its Madrid - Xanadu store in Arroyomolinos, Spain. You will be responsible for a section or department of the store and for delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial planning, stock, sales, company standards and procedures, and product visual impact.
• Assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants.
• Develop team members' skills and maintain their motivation and commitment.
• Support the checkout area when necessary and ensure customers receive an excellent experience.

What we're looking for

• Leadership skills and the ability to build professional relationships with colleagues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Geographic availability across Spain.
• A good level of English; other languages, including sign language, are valued.
• Recently completed university studies in Business Administration and Management, Marketing and Market Research, Commerce and Marketing, an MBA, or a similar field are valued.
• Previous retail experience is not required.
