Job description
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a section or department of the store, including commercial planning, stock management, sales, company standards and procedures, and the visual impact of products.
You will assign tasks to Retail Assistants daily, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and commitment. When necessary, you will support the checkout area and ensure that customers have an excellent experience.

What we are looking for
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Leadership ability and the capacity to build professional relationships.
- Commercial vision and the ability to drive sales and customer service by supporting your team.
- Geographic availability nationally.
- Recently completed university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Research, Commerce and Marketing, an MBA, or a similar field is desirable.
- Good English skills; other languages, including sign language, are also valued.
