Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join a supportive and dynamic recruitment team focused on identifying and hiring candidates for consultancy positions within Sopra Steria, deployed at leading organizations in Belgium.
You will work across the full recruitment cycle and collaborate closely with the Business Line, HR business partner, capacity manager, people managers and technical interviewers.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process.
- Publish vacancies, screen CVs, conduct first interviews, provide candidate feedback, discuss offers and manage onboardings.
- Source proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, job fairs and networking.
- Present clear and detailed candidate reports.
- Participate in employer branding and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop expertise in target groups and provide the business with trends, market information and relevant recruitment data.
- Attend job fairs with HR colleagues.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience, in-house or at a recruitment agency, preferably in IT recruitment.
- A structured and curious approach, with an ability to analyze CVs and interviews in depth.
- Confidence communicating with a wide variety of profiles, including technical candidates.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an additional asset.
- Flexibility to work from the office in Diegem.
- A general interest in IT or technological innovation.
- Experience with ATS systems such as SmartRecruiters or SuccessFactors, Excel and LinkedIn Recruiter.
