Global Markets Division (GMD) is the global division responsible for CACIB’s capital markets. Within Crédit Agricole CIB’s Securitisation department, the Auto & Mobility team is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of securitisation transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Structurers and team management with the origination of public and private securitisations for automotive manufacturers, automotive finance companies, vehicle rental companies and mobility players.
- Collect appropriate data and prepare client, product and commercial materials.
- Calculate anticipated profitability indicators.
- Support new client prospecting and the development of transaction opportunities.
- Conduct detailed analyses of transaction opportunities and monitor the market.
- Assist Senior Structurers with the structuring and execution of transactions.
- Liaise with clients, investors, lawyers, rating agencies, auditors, asset managers, internal bank teams and other third parties.
- Contribute to transaction documentation, rating agency interactions, internal approvals, commercial materials and credit processes.
- Assist with risk analysis, credit documentation, internal rating grids and transaction monitoring.
- Support portfolio transaction monitoring and other team activities.
- Monitor market and regulatory developments and share relevant information.
- Assist junior team members with market databases and generic marketing documents.
Qualifications and skills
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, such as a Bac+5 from an engineering or business school, or equivalent.
- 6–10 years of experience.
- Analytical mindset, presentation skills, synthesis, project management and organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, initiative, leadership, critical thinking, autonomy, rigour, responsiveness and perseverance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
