In-Store Retail Trainer (Outsourced contract)
Support the implementation of all Retail training programs and platforms, including Connect, Engage, Inspire (CEI), Every Moment Matters, AREA, ATTICUS, and Seasonal Product Learning, through in-store revision training, checking, and feedback.
Work with the store management team to analyze performance data and create monthly training plans to drive commercial success, primarily within learning and development. Act as a brand ambassador by consistently exhibiting adidas brand attitudes and values.
- Support Vietnam Sales Academy initiatives to ensure best practice and compliance when delivering training at stores.
- Supervise and support the store team to ensure optimal customer service levels.
- Plan and implement engaging onboarding programs for new joiners in alignment with the Store Manager and District Manager.
- Support the delivery of new store openings with new teams.
- Act as a role model for in-store trainers and share knowledge while guiding them to perform their roles effectively.
Knowledge, capabilities and experience
- English communication skills.
- Communication, engagement, listening, recognition, feedback, and observation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of fashion and performance sportswear.
Minimum qualifications
Minimum 12 months of work experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment, with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.

- Experience delivering training sessions and initiatives.
- Knowledge of the adidas brand and products.
