As a Stockroom Sales Consultant, you are essential to the success of the store, ensuring that stock is well-organized, quickly replenished, and available when customers need it. You will primarily focus on stockroom operations while assisting customers on the sales floor when needed.

Responsibilities
- Maintain high merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Process incoming deliveries and replenish sales floors
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks
- Connect with, engage, and inspire customers as an adidas brand ambassador
- Support daily operations and collaborate with the team to achieve store goals
- Complete applicable training and apply learning on the shop floor
Requirements
- Experience in a sport or fashion customer-focused and commercially focused retail environment
- Previous retail or stockroom operations experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment through visual merchandising and housekeeping
- Effective customer service and sales skills
- Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to help on the shop floor
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently
