Retail Lead (40 hours) - Leeds Crown Point

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Retail Lead (40 hours) to join the team at Nike Leeds Crown Point and provide world-class service to consumers.

What you bring

As a Lead, you will deliver exceptional consumer service and ensure a premium brand experience. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate employees in your area while maintaining an excellent work atmosphere.

You will support daily business management to achieve sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, the sales floor, and promotional campaigns. You will identify and solve problems with store leadership, act as a brand ambassador for NIKE initiatives, and ensure compliance with NIKE standards and guidelines.

Leads specialize in one business area while supporting cross-functionally:

1. Commercial: Support efficient product receiving, inventory accuracy, visual presentation standards, and timely monthly initiative launches.
2. Athlete Experience: Ensure the team delivers the highest quality athlete experience.
3. Consumer Experience: Lead by example and deliver sales floor service that brings the consumer journey to life.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Ability to manage a small team of peers
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques
• Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week. International relocation support is not provided.
