You will join the Client and Investor division within the Group Compliance Department. The team manages reputational risk, ethics and conduct, ethical culture, conduct risk, ESG and sustainable finance compliance, anti-corruption measures and professional whistleblowing arrangements.
The main objective of this internship is to accelerate AI developments within the team and the Client and Investor division.
- Identify tasks suitable for automation.
- Develop solutions, including prompting, development, testing and documentation.
- Participate in cross-functional AI initiatives, including raising awareness among division employees.
- Help coordinate the AI transformation of the Compliance Department.
- Contribute to other work within the division as assignments progress.
This internship offers practical experience implementing AI within a Compliance Department. You will learn to understand processes, identify low-value-added tasks with experts, train employees, prioritize topics and frame and manage projects.
Profile
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
- Specialization in banking, finance, risk or compliance.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Strong operational knowledge of AI technologies, including Claude and Mistral.
- Interest in compliance and banking.
- Project management skills, particularly operational efficiency improvement.
- Autonomy, rigor, organization, curiosity, synthesis and communication skills.
- Operational English.
The internship starts on 04/01/2027 and lasts six months. A stipend is paid when the internship lasts more than two consecutive months. All job offers are open to persons with disabilities.
