Stagiaire 12 mois - Cash Management H/F

The Cash Management activity within the International Trade & Transaction Banking (ITB) department supports companies in managing their daily liquidity and financial flows worldwide.

The Cash Management team offers a comprehensive range of transactional solutions, including treasury management, international payments, collections, cash pooling, reporting and banking connectivity. The objective is to simplify treasury operations, optimize liquidity and secure the flows of corporate, institutional and multinational clients, drawing on the strength of Crédit Agricole Group and recognized expertise in European and Asian markets.

The Cash Management intern will support the Front Office teams in direct contact with clients in their daily activities.

Analysis and reporting

• Update and automate tracking tables for deposits, facility utilization and flow volumes.
• Monitor and follow up on commercial terms in S2i and Billing.

Operational and technical support

• Monitor client onboarding, including account and sub-account openings.
• Follow up and coordinate client requests with the Middle Office.
• Set up connectivity through Optim and Swift for ITB franchise clients in Switzerland.
• Interact with clients, particularly on technical and commercial matters.
• Support coordination with product teams in Paris.
• Follow up on technical matters with the IT provider.

Commercial support

• Prepare commercial presentations for clients.
• Take meeting notes and prepare minutes.
• Monitor markets on regulatory and wallet-share topics.
• Support requests for proposals.

Profile

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Excellent client relationship skills, attentive listening and strong responsiveness.
• Strong organizational skills for document preparation, coordination and request follow-up.
• Good knowledge of financial products and banking services, with proficiency in IT tools.
• Precision, discretion and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of regulations and compliance procedures relevant to Swiss banking.
• Fluency in French and English.
