Within the Banking Services Department, you will join our new team responsible for regulatory reporting. The team is part of a cross-functional department that also performs parameterization and first- and second-level controls for all operational teams. You will work both for CACEIS and on behalf of its clients.
You will contribute to the development of an activity integral to our services, affecting international financial markets and requiring strong business expertise.
Main responsibilities
- Ensure the regulatory reporting of transactions to national regulators.
- Monitor the proper integration of transactions on regulatory platforms.
- Resolve anomalies.
- Monitor feedback from national regulators, including AMF, FSA, FINMA, PRA and FINRA.
- Produce reports for clients.
- Support clients in implementing the service.
- Participate in project committees and client meetings to monitor the activity.
- Contribute to improving processes and controls.
- Ensure the proper functioning of IT reconciliation tools.
- Respond to requests from auditors, clients and regulators.
Profile
- Higher education qualification from a university or business school, specializing in financial markets.
- Initial experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of investment fund environments, financial products and international regulations such as EMIR, MIFIR and SFTR.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented and dynamic, with curiosity, team spirit and initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate work to completion.
- Good command of Excel and Access, with solid VBA foundations.
- Fluency in French and English.
