Stage - Chargé d'opérations - Derivativ Clearing & Cash Equity H/F

Job description

The Clearing Services Department comprises four teams responsible for managing order execution solutions for clients, processing transactions received from markets, maintaining daily operational relationships with clients and providing business expertise to support commercial activities.

The Post Trade team handles the clearing of futures and options traded on listed derivatives markets, as well as managing all related flows and reporting.

As part of your internship, your responsibilities will include:

• Entering instructions from institutional clients or checking their correct integration through STP, ensuring compliance with market cut-offs.
• Processing client transactions in line with orders executed by brokers and transmitted to clearing houses, and allocating them to client accounts.
• Performing next-day position reconciliations against clearing brokers and upstream systems.
• Following up on claims from clients, brokers and accountants.
• Monitoring contract maturities, exercises, assignments and deliveries.
• Making the necessary system settings.
• Reporting incidents to the Risk Department.

Profile

You are studying for a Master's degree, with a specialization in banking or finance. You have 0–2 years of experience, analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, organizational ability and clear communication skills. You have a good command of Microsoft Office and operational English.

The company will pay an internship allowance if the internship lasts more than two months.
