Job description
Service: The ETF and Liquid Alternatives legal team consists of eight employees. It is attached to the Legal Department and works mainly with the ETF and alternative funds business lines.
Missions: The intern will focus on issues relating to Liquid Alternatives products. The main responsibility will be reviewing documents intended for regulators concerning the Liquid Alternatives product range, including prospectuses and key information documents, as well as conducting legal research on specific issues such as product distribution and applicable rules.
The intern will also assist the team with the daily filing and archiving of regulatory documents and contracts relating to Liquid Alternatives products. They may participate in internal conference calls to monitor product launches or changes.

Profile
- Third-cycle studies (Master's level, BAC +4/+5, M2, MS or LLM) in business law, banking and financial law, business school or political science.
- Ideally, prior internship experience, preferably in investment banking or a law firm, involving legal issues related to contracts and financial law.
- Strong legal knowledge and the ability to demonstrate responsiveness, speed, reasoning, rigor and synthesis.
- Good English and strong computer skills are essential.
- Office Suite.
- Fluent or professional French and English, spoken and written.
