Initiate, perform and maintain investment case templates for the team. Support the team in updating all internal fiches.

Focus on ESG topics by preparing and leading ESG meetings, driving conclusions and storing feedback. Understand ESG weaknesses and follow up with invested companies on controversies or weak spots.

Communicate and organize meetings across different stakeholders in different countries. Remain open-minded and support the entire team with different needs.

Education and experience

  • Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or a similar field.
  • CFA or equivalent is an advantage.
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Passion for financial and equity markets.
  • Interest in ESG dynamics.

Skills

  • Ability to understand and investigate ESG variables by reading published non-financial reports and ESG research.
  • Ability to analyze ESG-relevant KPIs for industries and companies.
  • Ability to prepare ESG meetings using relevant questions.
  • Communication skills to lead meetings with investee companies.
  • Ability to drive conclusions and keep investment case templates updated.
  • Professionalism and integrity, communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork, client centricity, openness to change, objectivity and critical thinking.

IT tools and languages

  • Advanced Excel.
  • FactSet, broker websites containing research data and Media+.
  • Fluent English.

  • Type: Internship/Trainee.
  • Starting date: 02/11/2026.
  • Duration: 6 months, renewable for another 6 months.
