Stage HR - People & Culture Administrator

Location: Marcianise, Italy

Expense reimbursement: €900 gross per month

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. Availability for shifts from Monday to Saturday is required.

This is an opportunity to begin a career in HR within a dynamic, international and growing business, supporting the People & Culture team in a store with at least 200 employees.

Working alongside the Store People & Culture Business Partner and team colleagues, you will support:

  • Administration: entering attendance records, shift changes, sickness and holidays, and managing payslips.
  • Organisation: understanding the principles behind working-time organisation, supporting Managers with schedules based on commercial needs, and organising holiday plans.
  • Recruitment: publishing adverts, screening CVs and conducting interviews to select sales assistants for the store.
  • Training: onboarding new colleagues, induction processes and development plans.
  • Safety: organising mandatory training for store personnel, reporting, personal protective equipment and emergency plans.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Law or Humanities, or a Master’s degree in Management or Human Resources
  • Energy, positivity, dynamism and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, working five days
