Job description
You will gain experience in a dynamic and international environment as a Client Operations Manager Intern within CACEIS's Private Equity, Real Estate and Securitization department.
Your department and team
Within CACEIS Bank France, the Private Equity, Real Estate and Securitization department supports private equity, real estate and securitization management companies through depositary, accounting, middle-office and issuer services.
The Asset and Liabilities Operations Service carries out work associated with depositary and issuer services provided to CACEIS Bank France clients.
Your missions
You will perform due diligence associated with asset position keeping under the AIFM Directive and control and execute cash transfer instructions from PERES fund managers.
- Process controls and securities and cash instructions received from management companies.
- Enter data into PRECAPTURE and PERES tools for STP transmission to cash and securities back offices.
- Format and transmit non-Iod@ instructions to back offices using standardized formats.
- Monitor the proper execution and accounting of instructions.
- Manage accounting through Efront for pure positions of a dedicated portfolio.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships.

Profile
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management, finance or accounting. Experience in securities is a plus. You are familiar with management company organization, fund administration, FCPR and FCPI valuation activities, and depositary and custody businesses.
You have good interpersonal skills, client relationship experience and a strong service orientation. Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, responsiveness, organization and teamwork will help you succeed. You are proficient with office tools and have a professional level of English.

Starting date: 01/08/2026. Duration: 6 months. Management responsibility: No. Status: Non-executive. A stipend will be paid if the internship lasts more than two months.
