Stage - Chargé(e) de projets RSE H/F

Within Amundi Asset Management, you will join the three-person CSR team, which works to accelerate Amundi’s transformation as a responsible company and promote this ambition internally and externally. The team collaborates with Amundi entities in France and internationally.

Missions

• Monitor CSR regulations and competitors, including analysis of peer groups and best practices.
• Contribute to developing Amundi Group CSR action plans.
• Work with Communications, Human Resources and business teams to engage Amundi employees in CSR through awareness-raising, training, environmental and social initiatives, and tools.

What the internship offers

This internship will help you deepen your knowledge of asset management and CSR, discover the key challenges of sustainable finance, and develop your analytical and idea-generation skills. You will gain autonomy and develop project-management skills while working with different teams.

A stipend will be paid if the internship lasts more than two consecutive months.

Profile

• Education: Business school, university or engineering school.
• Specialization: CSR and/or communications.
• Minimum experience: 0–2 years.
• Strong interest in CSR issues and motivation to work for an international European leader in its sector.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork, proactivity, creativity, rigor, agility, adaptability and autonomy.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Office software required; communication tools are a plus.
• Fluent English required.
