Job description
The intern will be responsible for:
- Monitoring investments and disposals of properties, as well as the regulatory and ESG constraints attached to the fund.
- Analyzing SCPI financial results and preparing budgets.
- Analyzing the implementation of financing and managing uses and sources of funds.
The intern will have the opportunity to work with all Amundi Immobilier departments during the internship, including ESG, Asset, Investment, Risk and Compliance, and gain an understanding of the issues involved in SCPI real estate management.
Education and experience
- Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent.
- Business school, engineering school or university training, specializing in corporate finance or real estate, with good accounting fundamentals.
- 0–2 years of experience.
Skills
- Teamwork, curiosity, rigor, responsiveness, autonomy, tenacity and an ability to work in project mode.
- Very good command of Microsoft Office on Windows, with daily use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good level of Excel proficiency.
- Fluent English and French.
