Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a Specialist II, Consumer Site Experience, Jordan, to help develop and implement the cross-functional strategy for the Jordan Brand in North America. This role focuses on seasonal priorities and optimizing the consumer journey on Nike.com and within Nike Apps.
Who You’ll Work With
The Site Experience team optimizes the consumer journey across the North America Digital retail ecosystem. You will collaborate with Site Experience, Platforms, Digital Operations, Merchants, Planners, Brand partners and other Nike Direct functions. The role reports to the Site Experience Senior Manager, Jordan.
What You’ll Work On
- Manage seasonal readiness with Seasonal Operations and make products buyable on Nike platforms.
- Merchandise product walls to deliver a premium, strategy-led consumer experience.
- Audit the consumer journey and maintain internal keyword search.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, including collection creation.
- Use reporting and analytics to implement changes across Digital channels.
- Prepare weekly and quarterly reporting highlighting data-driven wins and opportunities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training.
- 1–3 years’ experience in digital commerce or retail.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to work under tight timelines with precise accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to clarify or resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to multitask and identify priorities in a fast-paced business.
- Experience working cross-functionally recommended.
- Nike and Jordan product knowledge highly preferred.
