HEINEKEN is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solution Engineer to lead the configuration, integration, customization, and ongoing optimization of the OneTrust platform across the organization. This role serves as the technical backbone for privacy, security, and governance programs, translating regulatory and business requirements into scalable, automated solutions within the OneTrust ecosystem.
You will work at the intersection of technology, compliance, and business operations, partnering closely with Privacy, Legal, Security, IT, and Data teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain OneTrust modules, including Privacy, Consent, Vendor Risk, and GRC, in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement integrations between OneTrust and enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware.
- Gather business, legal, and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing of configurations and integrations before production deployment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, runbooks, SOPs, and configuration guides.
- Provide training, demonstrations, and ongoing technical support to end users, administrators, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor platform performance, stay current with OneTrust releases, and recommend enhancements and new capabilities.
- Ensure platform configurations and data handling practices remain aligned with applicable privacy regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or platform administration.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering OneTrust.
- Experience building API integrations using REST, JSON, and OAuth/SSO.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data queries and validation.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and business teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred qualifications
- OneTrust certification.
- Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce.
- Experience with cookie and consent management implementations.
- Background in FMCG industries.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
