Senior Technical Lead – Static Software Analysis & SW Quality

Responsibilities

• Conduct static code analysis using Polyspace, Astree, Coverity, and other specialized tools to identify defects, vulnerabilities, and performance issues.
• Review code for compliance with coding standards, maintainability, and scalability.
• Integrate, configure, and customize static code analysis tools within CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, availability, and scalability of code analysis infrastructure.
• Develop scripts and plugins to automate analysis workflows and tool integrations.
• Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve defects and vulnerabilities.
• Document analysis practices, configurations, and best practices.
• Provide training and support on analysis tools, processes, and remediation techniques.
• Stay current with code analysis, coding standards, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software development and static software analysis for model-based software, handwritten embedded C, and auto-generated code.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Matlab Simulink.
• Knowledge of MISRA C/C++, CERT C/C++, and AUTOSAR standards.
• Experience establishing static software analysis infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software development and testing methodologies, automated testing, version control, and agile practices.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab, DevOps, and SAFe principles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electronics, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: automotive software, embedded systems, AUTOSAR, software unit verification, requirements management, test automation, traceability, dashboards, metrics, quality reporting, mentoring, and global teamwork experience.
