Interact with customers and key interfaces to support the business in achieving sales and strategy objectives. Ensure professional, needs-based and sales-oriented service to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage orders, EDI transmissions, allocations, order confirmations, cancellations, invoices, debit and credit notes, deliveries, and coordination with key interfaces and external providers.
- Manage customer inquiries promptly within set timeframes and in accordance with adidas regulations and policies.
- Act as the key interface for customers and sales managers for inquiries involving deliveries, claims, timelines, exchanges, and returns.
- Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager and global Logistics team to review the order book and identify risks to on-time deliveries, sales targets, and strategic objectives.
- Ensure purchase order accuracy by reviewing data and routing guides to avoid claims and charge-backs.
- Coordinate the setup of new accounts, including special handling and conditions.
- Communicate risks to timelines or services and promote action steps with the account service senior manager.
- Ensure effective workflow between all interfaces.
- Analyze payment status with Credit Management and Sales and coordinate required actions.
- Support Sales Managers with customer service knowledge and practices.
- Manage assigned projects within an agreed framework.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent working knowledge of SAP, MS Office, EDI, and ASSIST (Salesforce).

Minimum Qualifications
- Commercial education in administration or a bachelor’s degree in marketing, supply chain, or logistics.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wholesale account service or logistics, preferably in the sports or fashion industry.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally.

This position follows a hybrid work policy, with office attendance Monday through Thursday and remote work flexibility on Fridays. The working location is New York, New York.
