The Commerce DevOps Hub in Kraków engineers the software that powers HEINEKEN’s e-commerce operations. As a Senior Solution Engineer on the SEM Platform team, you will configure, develop, implement, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics-based solutions. You will translate business needs into solution architecture specifications and services, help shape technical strategy, and ensure alignment with architecture and business objectives.
You will drive excellence in solution engineering throughout the development lifecycle, provide expert guidance, oversee platform operations, collaborate with DevOps teams, and support on-time delivery within service-level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and deliver IT solutions using Microsoft Dynamics and Azure.
- Customize, configure, and engineer solutions with the team.
- Integrate solutions with HEINEKEN systems and data sources to support seamless data flow and process automation.
- Guide adherence to solution standards and architectural guidelines.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and developing engineering talent.
- Oversee and resolve immediate technical challenges and address technical debt.
- Act as the go-to person for technical decisions and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with Dev Leads, Product Owners, and the Engineering Manager to maintain a stable workload and appropriately sized backlog.
- Represent the domain in cross-functional technical discussions.
- Work with in-house development teams, penetration-testing vendors, and other technical partners.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge-transfer processes.
Requirements
- Approximately 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Enterprise experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics customization and configuration, including workflows, plugins, entities or tables, relationships, forms, views, and dashboards.
- Experience in solution architecture and integration with enterprise systems.
- Proficiency with Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, and Web API integrations.
- Experience with Azure components such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus.
- Programming experience in C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with SQL, database management, data security, object-oriented programming, SOLID, KISS, DRY, and version-control systems.
- Experience rolling out global solutions across multiple markets and working in Agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving, mentoring, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
Additional experience
Experience with GraphQL, NoSQL databases, Power Platform advanced features, Docker, Kubernetes, Power BI, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, SSRS, data migration, SAP, Salesforce, ETL tools, cloud services, GDPR and compliance, and project-management tools is beneficial. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are also advantageous.
