What we appreciate in our employees
- At least 6 months of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercially focused retail environment.
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools used to interpret them and drive sales.
- Ability to guide and train selected store team members on basic stockroom processes and behaviors.
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- Team-player mindset, resilience, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.
Your activities
- Accurately record and manage all inter-store and warehouse inventory movements in a timely manner.
- Ensure adequate supplies for an effective stockroom environment and maintain it continuously.
- Act as a brand ambassador by connecting with, engaging, and inspiring customers in line with adidas values.
- Collaborate with the team and support merchandise management, including deliveries and replenishment, to achieve store goals.
- Take ownership of your learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.
