Join the EMEA Nike Retail Experiences Services team and help deliver, storytell, and market a brand-defining portfolio of services, including Nike By You, Jersey By You, and NSRL Form.
Who You’ll Work With
You will partner with stakeholders across Global, GEO, and City teams to bring Signature Services to life at scale. Key partners include Signature Services, Retail Store Operations, Brand Creative, Retail Brand, Retail Experiences, Digital Marketing, Content Operations, Merchandising, and Nike Store Teams. You will also manage relationships with external agencies and production partners.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced and consumer-obsessed Senior Professional to help drive, scale, and grow the integrated retail marketing strategy across Nike’s portfolio of Signature Services.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel retail strategies and consumer journey mapping.
- Experience leading marketing initiatives across multiple markets and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for sport, innovation, and the future of retail experiences.
What You’ll Work On
- Lead integrated retail marketing plans for Nike’s Signature Services portfolio across EMEA.
- Develop and execute omnichannel journeys connecting physical retail experiences with digital consumer touchpoints.
- Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Nike By You, Jersey By You, and NSRL Form.
- Partner with Retail, Brand, Creative, Digital, and Marketplace teams to ensure aligned storytelling and execution.
- Create scalable marketing frameworks adaptable across multiple cities, stores, and consumer segments.
- Support key brand moments, product launches, and seasonal campaigns with service-led experiences.
- Analyze consumer insights, performance metrics, and marketplace trends to optimize marketing strategies and service experiences.
- Identify opportunities to innovate and evolve the role of services within the Nike retail ecosystem.
