The Office of the General Counsel serves to power and protect Nike’s people, product, property, operations, and reputation through proactive, offense-minded solutions. OGC Operations is seeking a Senior Professional, Core Operations to join its diverse, passionate, and purpose-driven team.

This ambitious and methodical professional will serve as a problem solver and doer, taking on the roles of builder, operator, influencer, and delivery specialist while navigating Nike’s matrixed structure. Building partnerships, being a self-starter, developing a strong point of view, and gaining consensus across the team are key to success.

What You Will Work On

The Senior Professional, Core Operations is responsible for ensuring the stability, continuity, and effective utilization of business-critical tools that support contract execution and legal workflows across Nike. The role supports core OGC business operations through day-to-day operational activities, platform enablement, and process improvements.

• Own day-to-day operational support for core OGC platforms, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
• Execute approved deployments, enhancements, and integrations for tools and technology, partnering with Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Support operational readiness activities, including documentation, training, and change enablement.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to support delivery timelines, issue resolution, and platform performance.
• Develop and deliver training and communications that reinforce standard processes and effective technology use.
• Monitor operational health and usage trends across supported platforms, identifying issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular status updates to leaders, including progress, risks, and dependencies.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
• 3+ years of proven experience in core operations.
• Strong ability to facilitate and manage work across multiple business partners and build consensus among leaders.
• Highly proficient problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
• Proactive desire to own and advance projects through measurable progress, planning, and team engagement.
