Senior Product Developer, Promo Footwear, Global Jordan

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Senior Footwear Product Developer for Jordan Promo to lead footwear product creation for high-profile Jordan Brand athletes. This role partners with Design, Product Management, Sports Marketing, Materials, Engineering, and global manufacturing teams, reporting to the Director of Footwear Product Development, Jordan Promo and Athlete Service.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Creation, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field. NIKE will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• Minimum 5 years of footwear product creation, development, engineering, or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% as required.
• Must meet all local and federal employment compliance requirements.

What You’ll Work On

• Lead end-to-end footwear product creation for high-profile Jordan Brand athletes, driving CGM innovation, collaboration, and product excellence from concept through delivery across a global matrixed organization.
• Drive Jordan Sport product development for athlete and marketplace initiatives, aligning design, business, and manufacturing objectives.
• Collaborate with Sport Design, Product Management, Sports Marketing, Materials, Engineering, and Manufacturing partners.
• Lead product reviews, validation, fit assessments, and athlete wear testing to ensure performance standards.
• Project manage athlete and seasonal league calendars, anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure delivery to milestones and brand commitments.
• Mentor junior developers and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Champion continuous improvement and implement best practices across product creation processes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for global manufacturing partners and internal development teams.
