Senior Product & Business Manager - Sovereign Components & Confidential Computing

Bull is looking for a Senior Product & Business Manager - Sovereign Components & Confidential Computing to drive the strategy, ecosystem development, and market adoption of next-generation sovereign computing and confidential computing solutions.
The role sits within Bull’s Enterprise Computing & Networking Competency Centre and spans sovereign infrastructure, confidential computing, trusted technologies, and sovereign AI initiatives. It connects business, technology, and ecosystem development to turn innovation into market growth, differentiated offerings, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Define strategy and product vision: Own the strategy and roadmap for sovereign components and confidential computing solutions; define investment priorities, market positioning, growth opportunities, product strategies, business plans, and supporting business cases.
- Lead sovereign technology strategy: Assess strategic value, market potential, and business impact across sovereign hardware components, confidential computing, sovereign cloud, cloud-native, virtualization, hybrid-cloud, and orchestration platforms.
- Drive go-to-market and market leadership: Define value propositions, commercial models, and go-to-market strategies; identify target segments; drive launches; monitor trends, competitors, regulations, and sovereign technology initiatives; and represent Bull at industry events.
- Build ecosystems and strategic partnerships: Develop partnerships with semiconductor vendors, AI accelerator providers, DPU manufacturers, cloud vendors, open-source communities, and research organizations.
- Enable sales and drive business growth: Develop sales playbooks, positioning guides, competitive intelligence, business value messaging, ROI and TCO models, and KPIs covering pipeline growth, win rates, revenue, and market adoption.
- Bridge technology and business: Align product strategy, engineering priorities, and customer requirements while translating customer challenges into roadmap decisions and business opportunities.
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, technology strategy, product marketing, or related leadership roles.
- Strong background in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, datacenter technologies, or related domains.
- Proven experience defining roadmaps, developing ecosystems, and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Experience engaging executive stakeholders, strategic customers, and technology partners.
- Strategic vision combined with strong execution capabilities and the ability to translate complex technologies into business value.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and competitive intelligence skills.
- Professional fluency in English is required; French is considered a strong plus.
