Job description

Maintain and develop relationships with current clients of the securitization team, assist with new transactions where appropriate, ensure the existing portfolio is monitored and managed appropriately, and manage a team supporting portfolio activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing customer relationships for existing securitizations through dialogue with customers and relationship officers in the Crédit Agricole network.
  • Oversee transaction actions including periodic surveillance, reviews, amendments, renewals, and restructurings.
  • Negotiate documents and coordinate with credit, legal, IT, and other departments.
  • Participate in due diligence reviews and visit clients as required.
  • Provide clients with relevant market updates.
  • Assist in developing departmental systems and procedures.
  • Review monthly and ad hoc securitization reports, including investor, amortization, asset scorecard, and asset-based performance reports.
  • Assist with structuring new transactions, including preparation for internal committees and review of legal documentation.
  • Report portfolio progress and related issues to the relevant Head of Securitization or Transaction Management Americas.
  • Review and propose portfolio monitoring parameters.
  • Develop relationships with peers, clients, external organizations, and professional forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.
  • Deep experience executing securitization and structured finance transactions.
  • Management experience and 11 or more years of experience.
  • Securitization experience, cash flow modelling, analytical, marketing, communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent English required; French is desirable.
  • Knowledge of corporate banking, credit products, and other funding alternatives is desirable.
