Who You Will Work With
This role works within Nike’s Global People Solutions team and partners closely with HR teams, Centers of Excellence, Employee Relations, Business HR, and cross-functional stakeholders across EMEA. The position leads and represents the EMEA People Solutions Advisory team, ensuring exceptional day-to-day service delivery while partnering with project and program teams to implement new HR policies, processes, and experiences.
Who We Are Looking For
The People Solutions Advisory Senior Manager (EMEA) shapes how Nike teammates experience Tier 1 HR support across the region and oversees a team of HR Advisors supporting critical moments in the employee journey.
- Direct experience leading high-performing HR service delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading teams through change while fostering continuous improvement.
- Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills.
- Proven success leading operational functions and driving process optimization.
- Expertise in regional legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong coaching and talent development capabilities.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions.
What You Will Work On
- Lead, coach, and empower Supervisors and Advisors delivering HR support across policies, processes, programs, and projects.
- Prepare and enable Global People Solutions teammates across EMEA to support new and evolving HR initiatives.
- Partner with HR leaders to improve the teammate experience and enhance HR processes and service delivery models.
- Analyze performance metrics, service trends, and stakeholder feedback to implement scalable solutions.
- Provide insights on service delivery performance, operational effectiveness, and regional trends.
- Champion innovation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build an inclusive, high-performing team culture focused on development and engagement.
