Senior Manager, Order Management (Can sit in Indy, IN or Spg, SC)

Purpose
Lead a team responsible for accurate and timely wholesale order management across a North America sales channel, from initial order intake through shipment. Drive cross-functional processes that maintain orderbook accuracy, mitigate system constraints, and maximize sales achievement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement account-specific setups, services, and processes aligned with customer needs and wholesale strategic priorities.
- Maintain order profiles in compliance with account requirements and adidas policies.
- Lead the Order-to-Cash process from order entry through after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate aged, prior, and too-late-to-cover orderbooks.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Technology, and EDI teams to improve order flow and achieve financial targets.
- Drive KPIs related to order intake and management processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and automation across orderbook management.
- Support trade terms, policy, documentation, administration, and financial reconciliation requirements.
- Support changes to global policies, ERP systems, and processes within North America wholesale order integration and management.
People management
- Manage, recruit, and develop the Order Management organization.
- Set objectives and targets, assess direct reports, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Coach and mentor team members through honest feedback and development.
Qualifications
- Preferred bachelor's degree with experience in customer service, technology, or supply chain.
- Five to eight years of industry-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least two years of people and operational management experience.
- Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, ERP systems such as SAP AFS, and EDI.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to recognize opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
- Occasional travel may be required.
