Purpose/Key Responsibilities
This role will function as a Strategic HR Business Partner, collaborating closely with Department Heads to plan human resources initiatives aligning with business goals, providing one-stop HR partnership and support to defined support areas in PD&S China and other assigned functions, and ensuring that internal customers receive the expected value from HR.
Cultivate and maintain a culture of trust and engagement between management and employees within the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organizational mid- to long-term goals.
- Provide guidance and consultation on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to identify HR trends, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions.
- Lead change management initiatives, support leaders in driving culture transformation, and promote employee engagement.
HR Processes Management
- Ensure alignment with business needs and HR best practices.
- Oversee core HR services including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local regulations and align with global standards.
- Engage with Labor Bureau and Tax Bureau where necessary.
Talent Management & Development
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and development planning.
- Maintain communication with management and contribute to decisions on structuring and developing the organization.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
- Partner with Rewards teams to provide market-aligned, equitable packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Analyze compensation trends and recommend actions to maintain competitive positioning.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, workplace satisfaction, and employer brand.
- Develop communication and feedback mechanisms that promote transparency and trust.
- Manage, resolve, and coach managers and employees on employee relations issues.

- MS Office skills; SAP or SuccessFactors experience is a plus.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven human resources management experience with an international company.
- Knowledge of local labor regulations.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English and proficiency in MS Office.
