Purpose & Overall Impact

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for the South East Asia (SEA) Cluster, including commercial and global functions, and Singapore. Shape high-performing teams, leadership capability, and a strong, inclusive culture while driving people strategies that enable business growth, organizational effectiveness, and long-term workforce sustainability across SEA.

Lead regional HR initiatives and frameworks to ensure country HR teams are equipped to execute effectively, consistently, and at speed.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Business Partnering (SEA Cluster & Singapore)

  • Partner closely with business leaders to translate business strategy into actionable people plans across workforce planning, organizational design, and capability building.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent, structure, and leadership to support growth, transformation, and future-ready organizations.
  • Lead workforce planning cycles, including budgeting, three- to five-year plans, and FTE strategy, in partnership with Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, including change management, team design, and leadership alignment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people topics, balancing business needs with employee experience.

Culture, Engagement & Change Leadership

  • Drive engagement and retention strategies to build a strong, high-performance culture across the SEA Cluster and Singapore.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and leadership follow-through.
  • Coach leaders and managers on people practices, leadership effectiveness, and change adoption.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion and employee experience initiatives.
  • Serve as the HR lead for the Singapore location, overseeing local engagement, communication, and HR initiatives.
  • Act as the key HR representative for location-specific matters, including employee experience and stakeholder engagement.

HR Operations & Talent Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, mobility, performance management, rewards, development, and exits.
  • Ensure consistent and compliant execution of HR processes in alignment with global policies and local regulations.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Support employee relations matters, including grievances and conduct issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.

HR Analytics, Reporting & Workforce Insights

  • Leverage people analytics dashboards to generate actionable insights and inform decision-making.
  • Lead reporting and analysis for People Business Reviews, providing clear narratives and recommendations.
  • Monitor key workforce metrics and proactively identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee People budgets, including headcount planning, cost tracking, and forecasting.
  • Ensure alignment between workforce plans and financial targets, driving cost discipline and optimization.
  • Maintain workforce data integrity, including FTE tracking and organizational blueprints.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in HR Business Partnering roles
  • Experience across multiple HR areas, such as Rewards, Talent, or business functions, ideally in regional or international environments
  • Proven track record managing complex HR projects and transformations
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
