Strategically located in IOI City, Putrajaya, the company employs over 1,200 skilled professionals and provides services to institutional clients across Europe.
At CACEIS Malaysia, the HR team is dedicated to driving a high-performance culture, fostering employee engagement, and enabling business growth through strategic people initiatives.
As a Senior HRBP, you will support I&TS business and functional groups in Malaysia on their strategies and enterprise agenda through the development, advancement, and execution of CACEIS HR strategic objectives, people solutions, plans, and strategies aligned with overall business and functional goals. You will also assist with complex or sensitive day-to-day people issues.
This position acts as a single point of contact within designated business units for people-related issues and serves as a people champion, ensuring people remain high on the business agenda. The role also assists with overall CACEIS Human Resources initiatives.
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements
- Position with management responsibility.
- Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
- Undergraduate degree plus HR certification preferred.
- Minimum 11 years of working experience.
- English proficiency in speaking and writing.
- Past HR Centre of Excellence experience in compensation or recruitment preferred.
- Knowledge of the supported business and strong business acumen.
- Experience in HR management, project management, coaching, strategic influencing, partnering, relationship management, and customer insight.
- Previous HR experience, preferably in financial services.
