Commerce DevOps Hub is being established as an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function. Located in Kraków, the hub will maintain and develop IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken, contributing to the technological development of Heineken Commerce and the hub itself.
As a Senior D&T Business Analyst, you will lead business analysis for complex, cross-domain initiatives critical to the success of the new e-commerce platform and broader digital transformation. You will frame ambiguous problem spaces, align senior stakeholders across OpCos and global teams, and translate strategic outcomes into end-to-end process, data, and technology requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex, cross-domain initiatives and programs.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making, including with OpCo and global leadership.
- Structure options and trade-offs.
- Define and maintain coherent requirements across processes, data, technology, integrations, and non-functional requirements.
- Perform impact and dependency analysis across products, systems, and markets.
- Manage risks and constraints proactively.
- Own benefits and outcome traceability, including KPIs, success measures, and business rules.
- Lead quality assurance of analysis artefacts and establish documentation standards.
- Shape BA ways of working and governance through templates, playbooks, cadence, and tooling usage.
- Coach and mentor Junior and Regular Business Analysts.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leadership to influence roadmaps, sequencing, and platform evolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Deep expertise in problem framing, requirements strategy, facilitation, decision support, process modelling, operating model impacts, business rules, and requirements decomposition.
- Strong understanding of product delivery in Agile or Lean environments.
- Ability to define and validate data needs and collaborate with Architects and Tech Leads on integration and design implications.
- Ability to incorporate regulatory, compliance, security, privacy, and non-functional requirements into enterprise-scale solutions.
- At least one relevant certification, such as IIBA CBAP, PSM II, CSM, ICAgile, SAFe POPM/SA, or a relevant platform, domain, or cloud certification.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis or closely related roles, including several years in a senior or lead BA capacity within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience working with ambiguity, conflicting stakeholder needs, significant dependencies, risks, and constraints.
- Experience in distributed and asynchronous organisations, BA maturity uplift, governance, and coaching.
- Experience supporting rapid release cycles and large change initiatives such as platform transformations, migrations, and process redesign.
