Job Overview

This position develops and supports applications across organizational domains, combining technical expertise, business analysis, and cloud development experience. The role requires flexibility, agility, and the ability to adapt to varied responsibilities and settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan integrated environments for internal and external customers, delivering optimized applications and web portals.
• Identify and coordinate initiatives that improve application development capabilities and produce robust, scalable, and secure applications.
• Define and share development concepts and best practices, guide standardization and code quality, and monitor SLA and KPI adherence.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other regions to build scalable solutions.
• Understand business processes, interfaces, screens, mock-ups, data flows, dependent systems, code structure, design patterns, data structures, and cloud technologies.
• Develop and implement system changes, requirements, program changes, use cases, test cases, and test plans.
• Assist with project plans and schedules, track progress, and communicate status, issues, and risks.
• Provide production support, address customer tickets, perform root cause analysis, and eliminate recurring problems.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
• At least 5 years of overall work experience, including 5 or more years in information technology.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. Recommended majors include computer or information science.
• Experience in systems analysis, design, development, implementation, integration, frameworks, responsive web interfaces, and UI/UX standards.
• Experience with JSON, XML, HTTPS, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML5, Java, DB2, and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, web security, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, performance tuning, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
