Key Responsibilities

• SAP Basis: Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Project Leadership: Lead complex SAP projects, including system upgrades, migrations, greenfield implementations, and integration initiatives.
• S/4HANA Administration: Oversee migration to and administration of SAP S/4HANA, including system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning.
• Cloud Integration: Drive adoption of cloud technologies for SAP, including migration to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and optimization of cloud-native services.
• Database Administration: Manage SAP HANA, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server databases, monitoring and optimizing performance.
• Network and Communication: Troubleshoot network-related issues affecting SAP system connectivity.
• Storage Management: Manage storage resources for SAP systems and address storage capacity needs.
• Security and Compliance: Establish security policies, compliance measures, and data protection strategies.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues across the SAP landscape using automation and advanced diagnostics.
• Innovation: Monitor SAP trends and emerging technologies and recommend innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• SAP Basis or S/4HANA certifications are a plus.
• Experience leading SAP Basis design, configuration, optimization, complex projects, S/4HANA administration, cloud integration, database administration, network communication, storage management, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
