Junior Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Developer to join our engineering team. You will work alongside experienced developers to design, build, and maintain web applications, contribute to backend services, and deliver intelligent, AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.
• Build responsive web interfaces using React.js.
• Assist with integrating AI/ML models into production applications.
• Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
• Support data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation pipelines.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and improve code quality and best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Use NX-Open APIs for prototyping, development, and complex solutions.
• Build and deploy projects to test environments and create architecture documentation.
• Develop UI logic and quick proofs of concept with emerging technologies.
• Manage customer communication and coordinate meetings for technical decisions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Three to six years of relevant experience.
• Experience in CAD/CAE customization, preferably with Siemens NX.
• Strong knowledge of C# (.NET), VB, C/C++, scripting, XML, and Visual Studio.
• Strong knowledge of NX applications including Modelling and Drafting.
• Very good understanding of NXOpen and UFUNC APIs.
• Knowledge of UI, Block Styler, WPF, HTML, and XML data processing.
• Knowledge of AI and deep learning, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, architectural patterns, coding standards, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
