We are looking for a Senior Consolidation Specialist to join our team. You will report to the Head of Consolidation.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist subsidiaries with accurate submission of consolidation reporting packages in the OneStream consolidation tool, ensuring deadlines, traceability, recommendations and best practices are followed.
- Review subsidiaries' consolidation packages for accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards.
- Provide analyses required by Management.
- Identify, perform and document consolidation adjustments.
- Reconcile direct and indirect cash flow statements in liaison with Treasury.
- Keep the scope of consolidation up to date in liaison with Legal.
- Organize and coordinate Purchase Price Allocation exercises with external valuation experts and monitor earn-out mechanisms.
- Manage relationships with consolidation stakeholders within subsidiaries.
- Support operational teams with unusual transactions, consolidation-tool training and the transition from statutory to consolidated accounts.
- Work with offshore shared service center teams.
- Contribute to interim and annual consolidated financial statements, including IFRS disclosures and notes.
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in a reporting or consolidation department, audit firm with consolidation assignments, or a mixed audit and corporate background.
- Strong expertise in financial accounting, IFRS and accounting processes.
- ACCA or CIMA membership, or studies in progress, is an advantage.
- Fluent English; French is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and consolidation tools and principles is an advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive approach with the ability to propose process improvements.
