Senior Client Operations Officer, Entitlements (Corporate Actions) - Custody Services M/F

As a Senior Client Operations Officer, you will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of accurate and timely processing, reconciliations, reporting and query resolution within required timeframes across all prescribed services to CACEIS clients.

Region: France
Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Malaysia time)

What will you do?

• Ensure all allocated corporate, income and tax events and instructions are processed, validated and authorized within required timeframes and in accordance with service level agreements.
• Ensure entitlement entries carry the correct valuation for accurate unit price and net asset value calculations.
• Review procedures and processing regularly and advise the Supervisor on process improvements.
• Provide feedback on agent network and vendor performance regarding deviations from service level agreements.
• Validate overall processes with a high level of competency and accuracy.
• Provide coaching and support on operational activities to staff.
• Support the identification of new technology and operational improvements to improve accuracy, reduce costs and increase service quality.
• Assist the Supervisor or Manager in building a cohesive team focused on CACEIS values, client service, operational efficiency and an error-free environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience in global custody or a related financial institution.
• Good technical knowledge of corporate actions, income and tax across different markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of SWIFT.
• English language proficiency.
