Overview

The SAP Signavio Expert will work with business and technical stakeholders to implement process mining use cases and generate insights and recommendations from Process Intelligence, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across SAP templates while managing complex projects and quality deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with SAP ERP (S/4HANA and ECC) processes, integrations, and reporting.
• Analyze existing client processes and develop and deliver creative solutions individually and collaboratively.
• Use Signavio Process Manager to create, analyze, and optimize business processes.
• Work with SAP, ServiceNow, and their integrations with Signavio.
• Implement Signavio Process Manager for automobile business processes.
• Use advanced Signavio Process Manager features and extend functionality through API integrations.
• Perform data mining, data extraction and transformation, business process mapping, analytics, and data visualization.
• Apply business intelligence, value realization, and data mining and integration expertise.
• Use process modelling, enterprise architecture documentation, and BPMN consulting skills.
• Deploy SAP Signavio solutions, including Process Manager, Process Governance, and Process Intelligence, across Mercedes-Benz globally.
• Configure Signavio, conduct enablement workshops, establish data connections, perform value investigations, create analytics visualizations and KPI dashboards, and present findings and recommendations to customers.
• Migrate BPM content from tools such as ARIS, Adonis, BIC, and ViFlow to Signavio.
• Interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
• Communicate effectively and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate fluency in English and strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Experience

7+ years of relevant SAP Signavio work experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Master of Computer Application, or Master’s in Business Administration from a reputed college.
• Certification and/or work experience in S/4HANA and Signavio.
