Key Responsibilities

• Coach the teams and ensure successful deliveries in IT for After Sales.
• Ensure steady growth of business based on a target roadmap.
• Drive innovation and ensure value-add in all topics as an Extended CoC team.
• Ensure a high level of motivation and satisfaction in the teams, including team development and career paths.
• Ensure a high level of stakeholder satisfaction across Germany and India.

Areas of Work

• Design and development using Agile methods.
• DevOps-based deliveries.
• Leading the team as a coach.
• Focus on innovation and value-adds.
• Steering based on metrics and KPIs.

Mandatory Skills

• IT project and program management, including management of a large portfolio of projects or topics in one or more domains.
• A strong record of grooming topics and people and demonstrating significant growth.
• Development background in Java or .NET.
• Experience working in Agile development teams with exposure to Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to think outside the box and contribute to innovative topics.
• Excellence in stakeholder and customer or partner management.
• Experience in business acquisition and solutioning for new topics or setups.
• Experience driving projects or topics using metrics and KPIs, with data-driven decision-making and steering.
• German language skills are an added advantage.

Qualifications

B.E. in any field or M.B.A. in General Administration.
