Job Description

• Lead, manage, mentor, and guide SAP technical teams across Basis, development, and functional areas.
• Oversee SAP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects from planning through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Provide technical expertise for designing and enhancing SAP solutions.
• Manage stakeholders across business units, leadership, external partners, global competency centers, and local customers.
• Drive process improvement by defining standards, procedures, and SAP operations best practices.
• Apply Agile methodology and manage project risks, compliance, financials, and support processes.
• Oversee configuration, performance tuning, monitoring, security, patching, backups, and maintenance of ECC on-premises and S/4HANA systems.
• Use RICEF objects, OOP programming, ABAP on HANA, Output Management, OData/Gateway, and standard and custom Fiori applications using UI5.

Qualifications

B.E., B.Tech, or MCA with 12–14 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation or AMS projects.
