Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Works with outside Sales Representatives to help co-manage their territories’ business. Serves as the key internal contact for representatives and customers, executes requests, and validates embellishment information with cresting operations and external vendors. The Sales Support Representative role is a training ground for people passionate about and driven by the adidas golf business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with assigned field sales representatives and help deliver every order on time and in full.
- Assist in achieving sales targets within assigned territories.
- Work with sales representatives and regional managers to provide a high level of customer service.
- Maintain and improve customer relationships.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with assigned sales representatives to review the book of business.
- Process requests, identify service and sales challenges, and initiate appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Communicate regularly with customer service, sales, operations, distribution centers, customers, and embroidery vendors.
- Support the adidas Golf customer service call center.
- Participate in ongoing training programs and perform other related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Golf industry knowledge is desired; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Strong customer service focus, telephone etiquette, and verbal, written, and keyboard skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, organization, and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred. At least two years of customer service or sales-related experience is required, preferably in fashion, performance apparel, or footwear. Working knowledge of adidas apparel and embroidery is highly desired.
Benefits and Compensation
The anticipated base pay range is $29.81–$34.61 per hour. Work Location
This is a hybrid position based in Carlsbad, California, with office attendance Monday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Fridays, subject to business needs.
