Your Internship Role
As a Digital Sales Intern, you will be part of the Digital Sales organization, a team focused on driving incremental and profitable growth across adidas' European online partners. The team works closely with Sales, Product Data Management, Digital Visual Merchandising, Analytics, Partnership Marketing, Gift Cards, and external marketplace partners.
The team is involved in product launch management, digital experience optimization, sales analytics, and partner growth initiatives, contributing directly to adidas' overall digital business performance.
What You’ll Do and Learn
- Assist with weekly reporting and tracking of product launch readiness KPIs across multiple digital channels.
- Support the preparation of analytical insights on premiumization KPIs and market trends.
- Help maintain and improve digital visual merchandising execution and digital shelf visibility across partner platforms and internal tools.
- Gain hands-on exposure to digital commerce, online partner management, product data operations, and performance analytics.
- Develop skills in data analysis, stakeholder management, digital merchandising, and project coordination.
- Build confidence working in an international team.
- Support digital Gift Card operations and cross-functional Digital Sales initiatives.
What Would Make You a Match
- Enrolled as a full-time student for the entire duration of the internship.
- Studying Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Available for the full internship period from February 1, 2027 to July 31, 2027.
- Comfortable working in English, both speaking and writing.
- Motivated to learn, curious, and open to feedback.
- Interested in eCommerce, digital commerce, online marketplaces, and digital performance analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; Python and SQL are a plus.
- Passion for sport and/or an active lifestyle.

Internship Conditions

- Duration: 6 months.
- Working hours: 39 hours per week, full-time.
- Contract type: Internship; student status required throughout.
- Holidays: 10 days during the internship.
- Location: Hoogoorddreef 9A, 1101 BA Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
- Transportation costs covered by adidas.
