Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
The Sales Support Representative partners with adidas Golf Sales Representatives to support and manage business within assigned territories. This role serves as a primary internal contact for Sales Representatives and customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting overall customer satisfaction. The position coordinates order management, product availability, delivery execution, and communication across multiple internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Golf Sales Representatives and their key accounts and customers.
- Manage and maintain an accurate and organized order book to support timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Process customer orders and order changes in SAP and other business systems.
- Support territory sales objectives through effective order management and customer support.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer returns, generate shipping labels, and issue customer credits accurately and efficiently while complying with company policies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Distribution Centres, and Customer Service teams to address customer needs and improve service levels.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Participate in training and development activities as required.
- Ensure 100% on-time-in-full delivery of all time-sensitive orders.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of the golf industry is an asset.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build positive cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Active listening skills and customer service orientation are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Bilingualism in English and French, spoken and written, is required.
Education and Experience
- University or college graduate in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years of customer service, sales support, order management, or related experience.
- Experience in sporting goods, apparel, retail, wholesale, or consumer products is an asset.

The anticipated base pay range is $53,200 CAD–$59,500 CAD. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
Work Arrangement
adidas offers a hybrid work policy requiring attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Friday. In-office attendance may be required on Friday for work involving significant collaboration or an in-person presentation. The working location is Woodbridge, Ontario.
