Atos is seeking senior Sales Executives to turn access to major public-sector framework agreements into growth. You will build relationships inside complex public-sector organisations, understand where specialist IT capacity is needed, shape demand, and use relevant framework agreements to place Atos specialists or complete teams.
The role is relationship-led sales with clear execution responsibility. You will develop your network, understand upcoming ICT needs, and manage the commercial process from qualification through candidate selection, pricing, submission, and follow-through.
You will

- Develop an outside-in view of client priorities, organisational changes, and future skills requirements.
- Identify demand early and turn client needs into qualified opportunities.
- Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of awarded framework agreements.
- Lead call-offs, mini-competitions, renewals, and other framework requests.
- Work with recruitment and resource teams to identify suitable Atos specialists.
- Use nearshore teams, subcontractors, and specialist partners when required.
- Coordinate pricing and commercial conditions with relevant internal teams.
- Maintain a reliable pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
- Stay involved through selection and placement to keep commitments realistic.
- Grow individual requests into broader client relationships and repeat business.
What you bring
- At least 5 years of sales experience with an IT service provider, IT staffing company, or similar professional-services environment.
- Experience selling IT specialists, professional services, secondment, or managed capacity.
- A good understanding of framework agreements, call-offs, and competitive requests.
- Evidence of developing client relationships and creating new demand.
- Commercial ownership of placements, pipeline, margin, and forecast.
- Confidence working with recruitment, resource management, delivery, and subject-matter experts.
- Careful execution when deadlines, procurement rules, or security requirements apply.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
- Experience with Defence, education, central government, or another regulated sector is useful but not required.
Candidates may be asked to complete client-specific screening, depending on the assigned account or project.
What success looks like

- Create demand before formal requests are published.
- Develop a qualified pipeline across assigned frameworks.
- Increase the number and quality of submitted candidates.
- Convert framework access into successful placements.
- Build repeat business with hiring managers and procurement teams.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and forecast information.
- Protect margin while making commitments delivery teams can meet.
